COAL VALLEY, Illinois -- If you're planning to barbecue this weekend, you may want to check your hamburger meat.
An Illinois meat producer has recalled nearly 96,000 pounds of ground beef that may have been contaminated with E-coli.
The recall includes ground beef products from Valley Meats of Coal Valley, Illinois.
The United States Department of Agriculture has labeled this a "Class One" recall, meaning there's a high risk that use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death.
