Robots are not getting too far into the bowels of the plant yet

I have almost no time due to impending deadlines, however, please see the blurb my friend Joe came up with on the Robots:

On April 17th the Japanese Defense Ministry started using robots in the Reactor Buildings of Units 1 and 3.  High humidity and debris make it very difficult for the robots to operate.  The high humidity clouds the lens of the robot so they cannot see.  The robots are necessary since the radiation levels are too high for humans to go into these areas. Without visual access to these areas, they do not know what is really going on in the reactor buildings.  This understanding is necessary for the first steps in stabilizing the plants.

Bottom line is that the robots are not getting too far into the bowels of the plant yet.
