*Maybe
most important: Cooling with Fresh
Water Spray is not very effective according to a Sandia Report]
**Reactor Vessel Damage: It is believed that U1, 2, and 3 Reactor Vessels have Damage, however
it is unknown exactly where and what the extent of the Damage is.
v
[We discussed that the Reactor Vessel
Instrumentation is Not Available or very unreliable]
v
I
believe ALL Damaged Fuel. Further, U4 had Hydrogen Explosion (this Unit had
total Core Offloaded into its Spent Fuel Pool).
Right now, the Fukushima Daiichi plants do not have
NORMAL AC power connected to their emergency equipment. The plants are being cooled by what some
call feed & bleed, which is a process where water is put into the
reactor and steam is created because of heat removal from the nuclear
fuel. This steam pressurizes the
primary containment and this is vented directly to the atmosphere.
A diagram of this process is shown in Figure
1a. Once the operators get the AC back
to the emergency equipment, they can start using this equipment to cool the
reactor and venting to the outside will stop.
So will the offsite releases.
They are hoping to do this in the next week. The use of emergency
equipment is shown in Figure 1b.

Nuclear Power Fears at New Heights Despite Safety,
Viability http://www.cnbc.com/id/42539862
In this article of BULL, the author states that Coal
Plants put out more Radiation than Nuclear Power Plants. What he doesn't
mention is that when the nuclear power plant is Fukushima's, All bets are off.
